dev/Linux?

dev/Linux exists to encourage and facilitate cooperation in the software development community.

dev/Linux seeks to hack the business of software and the economics of knowledge work in order to find as many ways as possible to get paid to hack whatever seems to need hacking.

dev/Linux is not the GNU Project.

dev/Linux believes that building the software commons has a value beyond just the honor of “serving the community.” dev/Linux believes that one ought to be able to share source with the entire developer community and also expect a tangible return on that investment of talent and creativity. dev/Linux sees the antagonistic opposition of copyleft virulence and proprietary disregard for the commons and the public as equally harmful forces in the software community.
